Redline Bureau
Since 2012 · desk@redlinebureau.test
Redline Bureau introduces a brand to newspapers and magazines when there is no press kit. It writes a short note, books a chair, and then steps out of the story.
The bureau works in Taipei, with people in Kaohsiung and Kyoto. It does not pay for articles. It arranges for a reporter to be in the room while the work is still unfinished.
What they do: Culture press. They help share the stories below. They don't pay for the articles.

- The coat that refused a campaign
Maison Virelle sent twelve ivory coats to three cities and declined every billboard. The press was invited to watch a tailor work.
- The greenhouse above the shop floor
Kei Botanics and Hall & Mercer opened a members' atrium in Taipei. You reach the plants the long way, through ribbons and buttons.
- An anthem you can only hear facing the water
Pulse Audio and the harbor festival hid a piece of music on a Kaohsiung pier. Turn around, and it thins out. That is the composition.
- A frequency you can only hear on the salt
Harbor & Rye took a quiet coastal band in Kaohsiung and put the summer on it. There is no stream. That is the product.
